Name of Blog: Wherever Launa Goes, There She Is

Name of Blogger: Launa

Blogging since: August 2009

Average number of ppm (posts per month): 15-20

What the Blog is about: Launa quit her job as a school adminstrator in Brooklyn, packed up her husband and two girls, and moved to the south of France for nine months.  She discusses her goals for their family sabbatical, and the challenge of letting go of some of those goals.  If that isn't enough to suck you in, she writes like an smart, observant angel; describing the cultural differences between France and America, how her travel style differs from that of her husband, and the ways each of her daughters experience living abroad. Oh, and there's food porn.

Her writing would fit comfortably in the pages of any decent travel magazine, or even the New Yorker.  Start at the first post in August of 2009 and keep reading.  Launa will be returning to America soon, and her first order of business should be putting together a book proposal from her wonderful blog.

WOW that sounds great, what a brave lady, moving the family to a country with a completelty different language. I think I will take your advice & start at her first post. It sounds like an adventure novel!!!
